Nina Bompard is a versatile artist working in the fields of puppetry, construction, plastic arts, and photography. Her artistic journey is marked by various experiences that have contributed to enriching her creative universe.
Trained at the EFET school, she explored the world of photography, capturing moments and emotions through her lens. Subsequently, she honed her skills in set construction, notably with renowned companies such as “Cie Oposito,” “Cie Ilotopie,” and “Cie 2L au Quintal.”
Passionate about theatrical expression and artistic plastic work, Nina turned to the world of puppetry, where she found a means to bring her creations to life. She trained at the “Théâtre aux mains nues” and collaborated with various companies such as “Cie Les Anges au Plafonds,” “Cie Arketal,” and “Mots de tête Compagnie.”
As a puppeteer and set builder, she worked with various companies such as “Cie du Théâtre de la Licorne,” “Cie Kumulus,” “Cie Gazelle,” “Cie Une Poignée d’images,” and the “Théâtre de Marionnettes de Belfort.” Concurrently, as a self-taught visual artist, she developed her own universe through plastic installations and constructions for different events.
Nina Bompard is also a passionate traveler who shares her passion through workshops she conducts in the countries she visits.
Today, Nina continues her artistic journey between puppetry, various constructions, and photography. Her love for bringing inanimate objects to life and infusing the invisible with soul guides her artistic work, offering audiences unique and poetic experiences.
